We know that not everyone trusts the internet and that's why we want to assure you of safety when making your payment with us, either online, in the post or over the phone! At no time do your payment details get stored with us, so you don't have to worry about them getting lost or falling into the wrong hands. We do store your address for marketing purposes from Partypackage Ltd. only and no other entity will ever see these details. The safest way to pay is using the internet through our dedicated payment carrier and secure online bank.

Paying online
Our online payment gateway is with the world leader in online payment processing PayPal who's website you can visit for more information. When you click on the Shopping cart to complete your purchase you will be redirected to our integrated & secure (https) payment gateway with PayPal. You can check on your computer screen that the page you are on is totally safe at this stage by checking the padlock icon at the bottom right of the screen and the web link address will begin with https:// on any pages where you are asked to enter payment details. Once your payment details are entered, PayPal will debit your chosen card and we will be informed that your payment has been cleared and your goods will then be prepared for dispatch. It's that easy! Usually the whole process from paying to us receiving notification takes less than a minute so you know this is the safest and fastest way to pay.

Paying over the phone
Of course, if you want, you can call us during office hours Mon-Fri on 01992 57 10 80 and one of our team will be pleased to take your order over the telephone. When we do this, you will be asked for your credit or debit card number, the issue number where applicable, the start date where applicable and the end date. We will also require your secure 3 digit number on the reverse of the card for verification. The information you provide is input directly into our PayPal Merchant Bank account using a secure connection on the internet. So it's essentially the same as the above option, only we process your details rather than yourself! During the processing of your details we do not store any information that you provide other than your delivery address and contact details for shipping and Partypackage exclusive marketing.

Paying through the post
We know that its still reassuring to many of our customers that we offer the most traditional of long distance payment methods, in the good old post system! You can still send us a cheque, Bankers Draft or Postal Order to our offices and we will be happy to process your payment through our daily bank transfers and debits. Simply send your payment made out to "Partypackage Ltd" and mail it to us along with your Partypackage reference number to:
