Q:Are all your items in stock?
A: We carry a stock percentage of approximately 80% of the items advertised at any one time. This means that nearly always, your item will be ready for dispatch as soon as possible. However, on limited, some licensed and seasonal items, there may be a short delay while we have our manufacturers deliver to us. In all cases, you will be notified within 48hours of placing your order if an item is out of stock or unobtainable.
Q: Who do you use for sending items to me?
A: We use the most efficient method at all times, so if Royal Mail can get it there quicker than one of our dedicated couriers, then that's who we'll use. We also use an array of well known courier companies such as UPS, DHL, Fastway & Lynx to name a but a few. In all cases, your package will be securely packed with return details to avoid any loss.
Q: How long will it take to get to me after I pay?
A: Most orders are ready for dispatch within 24 hours of payment. The service you selected at checkout will dictate the length of time you need to wait for arrival. We offer a range of services to suit all budgets & circumstances and in all cases we will try our level best to get your items out the same or next working day from receiving your payment. During seasonal periods such as Halloween & Christmas we are very busy and so your delivery may take a little longer to be sent. Under no circumstances should your delivery take longer than we advertise for the service you selected at checkout. Q: Is my payment safe with your website?
A: Yes. we only use market leaders in Payment processing such as Abbey plc & PayPal. Under no circumstances will your payment information be exposed to anyone outside of the payment process.
Q: What if I want to return my item?
A: Simply send it back to us within 14 days of purchase, enclosing your order reference details and reason for return to our registered address at: Partypackage Ltd. Unit 8 Woodside Trading Estate, Thornwood, Epping, Essex, CM16 6LJ. We would respectfully remind you that for hygene reasons, we reserve the right the refuse refunds on worn clothing or wigs outside of our terms and conditions.
Q: I can't find what I want, can you get it for me?
A: Probably yes! If we don't have it, we'll try our best to get it for you. So don't be shy, just pick up the phone and ask us or email us. (01992 57 10 80 or contactus@partypackage.co.uk)
Q: Will it fit me?
A: In all cases where an item can be worn, we describe the size based on UK standard clothing sizes. Please see our Costume size guide (image coming soon) for reference.
Q: Do I get a discount on Bulk purchases?
A: Yes. If you make an order that exceeds the "retail" quantity and meets our "wholesale" quantity then we'll automatically apply a discount. Most regular orders will not reach wholesale quantities as these usually are lowest in numbers such as 48 for an individual product.
